Question

Hi my son was seen by an eye doctor and has been referred to the Childrens Hospital with Crystal Line Lense, is this the same as a Cataract? When doing research on google this is all that is coming up. Kind Regards

Answer

The Crystal Lens is a brand of intraocular lens implant used to replace the natural lens that is removed at the time of cataract surgery. Crystal Lens line is rarely used in children.
